Happy Monday morning ☀️ I’m truly excited to guide the first Ecstatic Dance Deep Dive session of 2026. 🌱🌸 In this Deep Dive, we come together in a small, intimate group to create a space where the nervous system can gently settle. Through movement, we reconnect with the parts of ourselves we may have pushed away or lost touch with. Anger, joy, grief, ecstasy, stillness, silence—everything is welcome here, everything is allowed to move, shift, and transform. Within this circle, we remember ourselves as whole. Johanna, founder of Ecstatic Dance Zurich, brings over a decade of experience in guiding people into grounded connection through movement, music, and voice.
