Stop Holding Your Breath. (Literally.) Are you a chest breather? Belly breather? Chaotic breather? 🫁 Be honest… do you even know what your breath pattern is? We spend most of our lives breathing at about 20% capacity. This week, we’re aiming for at least 80%. 🪫 vs 🔋 🤔 Breathwork is the fast-charger you didn't know you had. It’s time to actually recharge your own batteries. Self-care is usually the first thing we drop and the last thing we prioritize. Believe me, I get it, it took me 10 years to finally put myself first. That’s exactly why I work with people who struggle to do the same. 🌬️ WEDNESDAY 15.4. : The Mid-Week Deep Dive • Where: Ruum 8, Wädenswil • When: 18:30 – 19:45 The Vibe: Small group. Big energy. We’re moving through the "beginner nerves" and the "pro-level" plateaus together. The Vibe: To the men holding the line for everyone else: It’s okay to drop the armor for 90 minutes. Can you? • Overdrive? Let’s downshift. • Exhausted? Let’s recharge. • Understood? Well needed.
