Be honest… do you even know what your breath pattern is?
We spend most of our lives breathing at about 20% capacity.
This week, we’re aiming for at least 80%.

Breathwork is the fast-charger you didn't know you had.
It’s time to actually recharge your own batteries.
Self-care is usually the first thing we drop and the last thing we prioritize.
Believe me, I get it, it took me 10 years to finally put myself first.
That’s exactly why I work with people who struggle to do the same.
