Dear Art of Flow Community 👋🏼 I have been working on a new project called ConFlip, a Zurich-based initiative developing a privacy-first AI tool to support people in navigating workplace issues. We are currently running a proof-of-concept study in collaboration with FHNW and are looking for participants who are experiencing (or have recently experienced) a workplace conflict and are open to trying something new.
