Elysium Cacao & Breathwork Ceremony with Live Music | Zürich

Spend a Saturday afternoon with breath, cacao and live music in a small gathering at Soul City. We’ll begin with time to arrive, an opening ritual and optional ceremonial cacao, followed by guided conscious connected breathing. Afterwards, live music accompanies a generous period of rest before we close together. No previous breathwork experience is needed. The practice is explained beforehand, and you can adjust your pace, pause or stop.
