Authentic Relating Level 1 - The ART of Being Human will begin in 3 days… This is a two-day immersion into Authentic Relating, an experiential approach that helps deepen communication, connection, and self-awareness in everyday life. Together, we will explore how to: - listen with more presence and empathy - speak from authentic experience - navigate discomfort and conflict with more awareness - build deeper and more resilient relationships This is not a lecture or seminar, but a hands-on training designed to be practical, embodied, and immediately applicable to real life.
