Pregnancy, birth and postpartum are not only biological events. They are thresholds. A leaving behind. An entering into. A becoming. . For generations, cultures created rituals and containers to hold these moments of profound change. Today, much of that space is missing or has become difficult to access. . This workshop is an invitation to reclaim some of it. Through body, breath, voice, sound, plant allies and ritual, we explore the landscape of becoming and walk across the threshold together. .
