💦 ED Deep Dive Session – Intimacy in a Smaller Circle 💦 The next Ecstatic Dance Deep Dive is coming up on June 18th at jenseits, with two more sessions to follow. In this these Deep Dive Session we gather in a small group, creating a space where the nervous system can soften and we feel safe to be seen and to express ourselves freely. Healing means wholeness. Through dance, we welcome back the parts of ourselves we may have disconnected from. Anger, joy, grief, ecstasy, stillness or silence — everything is allowed to move and transform. In this intimate circle, we remember ourselves as whole. Johanna Anela, founder of Ecstatic Dance Zurich, has over 10 years of experience guiding people into grounded connection through movement, music, and voice. As a Reflector in Human Design, she senses the collective field and leads from what is present in the moment.
