I’m Elena — a Zurich-based trauma therapist.
A few years ago, after a big loss, I went through 18 months of severe insomnia. And I learned: you can do all the “right” things — eat well, work out, meditate — but if your nervous system doesn’t feel safe, sleep won’t come.
