Free Lakeside Mindfulness ๐งโโ๏ธ (30-min) & Socialise
Take a moment for yourself by the lake. This lakeside mindfulness session is created to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect in a calm outdoor setting. Weโll start with a short 5-minute introduction round, followed by 10 minutes of guided breathing exercises to help you relax and reset. Then weโll move into a 10-minute body scan to bring awareness to the body. Weโll finish with a 10-minute group reflection, where we take a moment to gently connect with our feelings in a safe and relaxed space. Afterwards, weโll stay a bit longer for a casual social moment to chat, connect, and enjoy the lakeside together ๐ค ๐Rentenanstalt, Zurich (near Glace Tina Kiosk) ๐ Free (tip based)
