The focus is on learning by doing\, with theory on developmental trauma and the nervous system woven in. Two questions run through the whole course:\n\n• How do I support clients in reconnecting with themselves and finding their own resources?\n• How do I hold space without working hard and exhausting myself?\n\nThe work draws on NARM\, IBP and bioenergetics.
