June 21 is also the longest day for maximum illumination and energy from the sun. We will energize ourselves through classical yoga\, breathing techniques\, meditation\, and deep relaxation. The goal is to calm our mind\, and restore inner balance. Surrounded by fresh air and the soothing presence of lake water\, discover how nature supports healing\, clarity\, and renewed energy.
